wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason
your are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept a return
or an exchange within 30 days of your order receipt.
Note: Before requesting a refund or an exchange please
note that we only ship to the billing address address or confirmed
address address that is on file with your credit card company or with
Paypal.
All returned merchandise will be inspected before a credit or
an exchange is made. Merchandise must be in the same condition in
which you received it for a refund or credit to be issued. When packing
your order for return, please be sure all of the original packing materials,
tags and/or accessories are included. Merchandise returned used, and/or
missing accessories will either be denied a refund or charged a service
fee.
Please call us toll free at 1-800-224-7036 so we can give you the information
to properly return or exchange your merchandise. Please allow
us 96 hours or less to review and process your return, credit, or exchange.
In
these events, SelfDefenses.com would like to apologize ahead of time for
our carelessness and either correct the order or issue a full refund.
In the event that SelfDefenses.com is at fault, we will gladly pay for the
shipping charges back to our warehouse and the shipping charges back
to your address if you request an exchange for the correct merchandise.
In
the event the customer is at fault, SelfDefenses.comill not be responsible
for shipping charges back to our warehouse and the shipping charges back
to your address. If an refund or credit is being requested, shipping
charges are non-refundable.
