We ship by either United States Postal Service or FedEx ground with a charge of $7.90 for most orders.To the Continental 48 states.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, will be at an additional $ 8.00 charge.

SelfDefenses.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason your are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept a return or an exchange within 30 days of your order receipt. 

Note:  Before requesting a refund or an exchange please note that we only ship to the billing address address or confirmed address address that is on file with your credit card company or with Paypal.

All returned merchandise will be inspected before a credit or an exchange is made.  Merchandise must be in the same condition in which you received it for a refund or credit to be issued.  When packing your order for return, please be sure all of the original packing materials, tags and/or accessories are included.  Merchandise returned used, and/or missing accessories will either be denied a refund or charged a service fee.
